This mission was carried out for a Western European energy utility wishing to invest in a French portfolio of operating and developing wind farms and projects. Our intervention started with a preliminary financial model to support the preparation of the initial offer.
During the due diligence phase, we intervened on site to supervise and carry out technical audits, and at the headquarters of both our client and the target company to verify the contractual conditions and authorisations under which the wind projects had been developed.
