Using a proven methodology and precise data, we conducted a detailed technical audit of the actual availability of your wind turbines. This includes the analysis of the evolution of wind turbine availability rates, as well as a thorough search for the origins of technical failures.
Estimation of the impact on producible, revenue, and reinvestment needs
Our analysis did not stop at the technical audit. We also estimated the impact of technical failures on energy production, revenue, and the reinvestment needs of your wind farm. This includes a detailed analysis of your initial maintenance and warranty contract, as well as a simulation of energy production losses and potential financial penalties.
Recommendations on technical and contractual solutions to reduce the impact of future failures
Finally, we provided concrete recommendations on the technical and contractual solutions to implement to minimize the impact of future failures. This notably included a reinvestment optimization strategy and advice on the clauses to include in new maintenance contracts.
The mission also led to a renegotiation of insurance policies, in order to ensure better consistency with the negotiated maintenance warranties and the age of the installation.
